No. Care plans are monthly rolling — we just ask for 30 days' notice if you want to leave. We'd rather keep clients by being good than by being contractual.
You do. The design, the content, the domain — all yours. If you ever leave, we'll hand everything over tidily and help you move. No hostage situations.
Things like updating prices, opening hours, swapping photos, tweaking wording, or adding a news post. Bigger jobs — new pages, redesigned sections, new features — get a simple quote first, billed at £60/hour.
Almost certainly. We migrate it to our hosting (free with any care plan), give it a health check, and take it from there. If it's in a bad way, we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth rescuing or rebuilding.
Builds: 50% deposit to start, 50% at launch. Care plans: monthly by bank transfer or card. Invoices are itemised and boring, exactly as invoices should be.
Our monitoring pings your site around the clock, so we usually know before you do. Genuine emergencies get dealt with as emergencies, whatever day it is.
We keep prices fair instead. If budget is tight, we'll trim the scope rather than the quality — a smaller site done properly beats a big one done cheaply.
