From first email to launch
The conversation
You tell us about your business, what you like, what you hate, and what the website needs to do. We listen more than we talk.
A clear quote
Fixed price, written down, with exactly what's included. A 50% deposit secures your slot and work begins.
Design options
You see two or three real design directions for your homepage — not mood boards, actual designs. You pick one and tell us what to change.
The build
We build the full site, write or polish the copy, sort the photos, and handle all the technical setup. Two rounds of revisions are included.
Launch & handover
Final balance settled, site goes live, and it moves straight onto a care plan. You get a plain-English guide to what you own and how it works.
What we don't do
A short list, kept on purpose. We'd rather be excellent at websites than mediocre at everything.
